Concrete Laborer

• Location: Marstellar, PA
• Payrate: $14.00-$20.00 per hour – Based on experience
• Schedule: Day Shift – Monday to Friday (some Saturday) Starting around 7 am

What will you be doing?

• Produce high-quality precast concrete panels that meet engineering specifications
• Carry out the daily production plan as communicated by Plant Manager
• Complete tasks related to production
• Build wooden forms
• Install and ties in rebar and mesh
• Pour and finish concrete
• Strip out panels after completion
• Patch and repair products as needed
• Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines
• Maintain and improve housekeeping to ensure a safe and productive workplace on an hour-by-hour, day-by-day basis
• Complete daily preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, including tool maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
