We’re hiring Frontier Enrollment Associates in El Monte to work directly with customers and promote Frontier internet and wireless services.

What You’ll Do As A Frontier Enrollment Associate:

• Engage with customers in person to introduce Frontier services
• Explain internet and wireless plans, pricing, and promotions
• Help customers choose the best service options for their needs
• Guide customers through the enrollment and sign-up process
• Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
• Track interactions and follow up with potential customers
• Work toward daily and weekly sales goals with your team

Frontier Enrollment Associate – Desired Skills and Qualifications

• This is an entry level role, no prior experience required
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, leadership development and communication
• Comfortable speaking with new people and leading sales discussions
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals
