Supervisor Night Shift Full Time NEW

A Large-Scale Community Association is seeking to fill a full-time Night Supervisor position within our Welcome Center. This position works under the guidance of the Member Services Manager to assists Customer Service Representatives with effective day-to-day operations at the Welcome Center. Daily responsibilities include ensuring Customer Service Representatives schedules are accurately managed and distributed. Acting as a liaison with the security department and issues gate access passes for residents, guests and contractors to established guidelines.

This role also:

• Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly processes requests or forwards requests to supervisor for review.
• Responds to property owner inquiries and concerns in person or over the phone in accordance with POA rules and guidelines. Directs concerns to appropriate manager for further attention when necessary.
• Completes daily journal sheet by tallying payments received and stamps all checks for deposits.
• Completes resident registration process.
• Enter vehicle and access information into database in a timely and accurate manner.
• Receives payments and accounts for the sale of all resident access cards.
• Issues new and updated photo badges for residents as per company policy.
• Assists other departments with special projects or clerical duties as assigned.
