We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about supporting both employees and leaders with professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will provide hands-on HR support across a variety of functions, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, helping to ensure consistent application of policies and a positive, compliant work environment.
As an HR Generalist, you will assist with performance management processes, support employment actions such as hires, promotions, and transfers, and help address employee questions and concerns. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate HR records, interpreting policies, and supporting investigations as needed. You may also assist with training coordination, partner with Learning & Development, and contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. Your work will help ensure HR practices align with company standards while supporting the day-to-day needs of the workforce.
