Manager – Petbutler (Middle Tennessee)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 4 PM

Petbutler is hiring a dependable and motivated Manager to oversee daily operations for our pet waste & pet sitting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leading a team and being hands-on in the field when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and support a team of field technicians during daily routes
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to the company standards
• Step in to assist with routes when needed (call-outs, busy days, training)
• Communicate with clients regarding services, questions, and concerns
• Handle scheduling changes, call-outs, and route adjustments
• Track jobs and employee activity using company systems
• Maintain quality control and resolve any service issues

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Willingness to be both hands-on and managerial
• Problem-solver with a take-charge attitude
• Comfortable working on a computer and managing schedules
• Previous management or operations experience preferred
