Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the construction of custom homes. This role involves working closely with a team of skilled professionals to bring unique designs to life while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and a willingness to learn various aspects of home building.

Responsibilities
– Assist in the construction of custom homes, framing, roofing, siding and some masonry work
– Assist other subcontractors as needed
– Follow instructions of the foreman to complete miscellaneous tasks
– Transport equipment and employees to and from job sites
– Be prompt and professional
– Keep the work area safe and tidy

Qualifications
– Experience or knowledge in construction preferred.
– Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instruction.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
– Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to custom home construction.
– Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials ( up to 100lbs) and standing for extended periods.

-Work in all weather coditions.

– Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
