Warehouse Associate Full Time NEW

Premier Food Service is seeking a Warehouse Associate. The schedule for this position is Sunday – Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional overtime.

Overall Responsibility

The Warehouse Associate works with other associates, leads and the Warehouse Manager to accurately and efficiently fulfill route vending and delivery orders. To accomplish this, the warehouse team works at a fast pace, stays on their feet the majority of the day and communicates effectively with others.

Starting rate: $16.00/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare inventory for the pick line
• Pick snack, cold food and pop for vending routes
• Work in refrigerated area to pull cold food items
• Ensure accuracy and pace for pick line is kept up to standard
• Keep product from the pick line stocked
• Break down and compact boxes using tools & machinery
• Ensure totes & products for each route are organized and loaded properly
• Put return products back into inventory
• Ensure warehouse and pick line is kept clean
• Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven attendance record
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail
• Be able to pass a criminal background check as it pertains to the job.
• Ability to problem solve and work as a team
• Strong communication and reasoning skills
• Ability to lift 54lbs and push/pull 95lbs
