Job Overview
The Enrollment Services Specialist is an excellent opportunity for early‑career professionals who are eager to build meaningful experience while making a real difference in students’ lives. In this role, you’ll support prospective and current students, families, faculty, and staff by providing thoughtful, student‑centered service across a range of enrollment functions.
As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will deliver high‑quality customer service across all three campuses and within the community, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as financial aid, student accounts, student records, and registration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new systems, and developing strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
The Enrollment Services Specialist serves as a trusted resource—helping individuals navigate university processes, answering questions, and ensuring accurate, consistent information is shared. With guidance and training, you’ll grow into a confident problem‑solver while contributing directly to student success and retention.

Higher education experience in financial aid, customer service, bursar, registrar, advising, or in customer service.
