We are looking for a Co-Founder-level Head of Business Development & Sales to own the entire go-to-market motion from zero. You will be the first sales hire and a true co-founder in building the commercial engine of this deep-tech robotics platform. It is a market-creation and education role in a pre-revenue, long-sales-cycle environment. You will evangelize a completely new paradigm.Key Responsibilities

• Build the full sales pipeline from scratch using cold LinkedIn outreach, targeted conferences (CoRL, ICRA, ROSCon, NeurIPS workshops), university robotics labs, Discord/Slack communities, and warm intros.
• Deliver compelling 5-minute pitches that make researchers and founders suddenly realize: “Native 3D volumetric data is the missing piece for closing the sim-to-real gap and training robust physical AI.”
• Deeply understand and articulate the limitations of current approaches (flat 2D feeds, coordinate guessing, synthetic data reality gaps, depth perception issues) and why C4R’s live 3D capture + intuitive spatial interaction changes everything.
• Close early customers among robotics/AI startups, university labs, and embodied AI teams for:
• On-demand robot access
• Scalable 3D training data collection
• Volumetric development, debugging, and monitoring tools
• Help refine messaging, positioning, and early case studies.
• Thrive in ambiguity, rejection, and long cycles while persistently educating the market on this new category.

Who We’re Looking For (Ideal Profile)
You are a hunter who excels at creating pipeline in deep-tech spaces with long sales cycles. You’ve successfully sold complex technical solutions before.Strongest fits:

• Background in robotics/automation sales or university/lab equipment sales.
• BD experience in VR/AR, 3D capture, computer vision, or related spatial computing fields.
