ABOUT EXBO GROUP
Exbo Group is a team of investment bankers, consultants, and accountants that grew out of a $400M New York based venture capital fund. The fund’s portfolio companies had CEOs with strong visions and operating experience but lacked the technical financial experience to scale. The companies needed a way to offload the complex administrative and strategic burden of running a finance department and interfacing with their investors. After providing accounting and financial assistance for a firm’s successful $10M Series A raise, several other funds and firms began to seek out Exbo Group’s assistance. Our team has grown substantially and now provides high-touch accounting finance advisory and transaction services support to growth-stage companies and middle-market financial sponsors nationwide from our New York headquarters.
WORKING AT EXBO GROUP

High Standards: We deliver a premium service to our customers and in return, they expect nothing but excellence. When problems inevitably pop up, they are addressed and fixed immediately. Our relentless focus is on maintaining a high bar for our work so that we can keep clients happy.
Positive Energy: We know positivity and optimism benefit our work, and we harness positive energy as a vehicle toward greater awareness, growth, and collaboration. We believe in cultivating positive relationships within our team and with our clients to make our workplace a fun and inclusive environment to be a part of.
