Job Responsibility:
- Team supervisor
- develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
- Supervision of behavior technicians
- weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
- Treatment planning of client’s individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
- Parent training
- developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
- Assessment of client progress over time
- Flexible scheduling
- Choose your own hours and locations
Requirements:
- Master
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Behavior Specialist License (Required)
