About Leader Vibe
Leader Vibe is a newly founded leadership company founded by Mike Brown, Jr., President &
CEO, with over 30 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and community space.
After leading large organizations, raising significant funding, and speaking to audiences across
the country, Mike launched Leader Vibe with a more direct mission: helping leaders and
organizations grow through speaking, coaching, and leadership development.
The business is in a growth stage. The foundation is built, the message is proven, and the
opportunities are there, but it is not yet fully scaled.
This is an opportunity to step into something early, help build it, and grow alongside it.
The Opportunity
This is a sales and revenue-generating role focused on building relationships and closing high-
value opportunities.
We are looking for a Director of Sales & Strategic Partnerships who can help take Leader
Vibe from a strong foundation to a scalable, national brand.
This is not a plug-and-play role with inbound leads and a fully built sales system.
This is for someone who:
You will work directly with Mike Brown, Jr., representing his speaking, coaching, and
leadership development work.
This is a commission-based role with real upside, designed for someone who wants to build
income through performance and be part of growing something from the ground up.
