You Will Be

As Senior Group Manager, you are responsible for a group of departments within a store, facilitating partnerships across departments and driving towards goals to build a customer-focused sales experience. You will work on-site in your assigned store and report to the Store General Manager or to the Director, Sales Experience.

What You Will Do

• Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
• Collaborate with partners.
• Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis, creation and implementation of strategies.
• Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary And Other Benefits

The starting salary for this position is between $117,985 – 141,582 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for bonus.
