What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Effectively listen and address patient needs to convert inquiries into booked appointments, achieving high patient satisfaction scores
• Engage with patients empathetically, particularly in sensitive situations, to ensure their needs are handled with care
• Leverage technology to provide a “local” patient experience, including accurate directions and clinic information
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinic staff to enhance the patient experience and implement ongoing improvements
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer support experience and at least 1 year of inbound contact center experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales-oriented role, preferably in a call center or telesales environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients
• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home and a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Typing speed of 50-70 WPM
• Experience working in positions where success is measured by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Demonstrated tenure in previous positions of at least 2-3 years
• Ability to multi-task while engaging in conversation and following protocols for information capture
• Receptivity to coaching and understanding strengths and opportunities for development
