Job Title: Junior Software Tester

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Tester to support our Quality Assurance (QA) team. You will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and helping ensure our software products meet quality standards and deliver a strong user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and record results
- Identify, report, and track bugs using ticketing systems
- Reproduce issues and assist developers in debugging
- Support creation and maintenance of test cases and test plans
- Perform functional and regression testing
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of software testing and SDLC
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or Bugzilla
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in QA/testing
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, etc.)
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
