Qualifications
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in the medical field as a registrar, receptionist or other related position required. Knowledge of medical terminology and computer experience with scheduling software programs and STAR is preferred. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Potential for exposure to the hazards and risk of the hospital environment, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury. This position requires sitting and working at a computer a majority of the time. Periodic traveling to other department locations is expected.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to the Central Reservation Manager and the Clinical Director in Endoscopy or clinical leadership in Health Services.
