Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA, with opportunities to work from home part of the time. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will build and manage client relationships to drive product adoption and sales. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, navigating the sales cycle, and liaising with clinicians and healthcare providers. You will collaborate with the ReachAble team to gather feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and adapt solutions to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Account Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge or background in rehabilitation medicine, occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to meet with clients as needed
• Experience in assistive technology or medical device sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
