What you’ll do…
Strategic Engineering Leadership: Leads a large organization of engineers to build scalable software solutions with AI/ML integrations that solve customer problems at scale. Translates the enterprise strategy into actionable engineering execution plans across multiple domains. Guides the adoption of new frameworks, platforms, and experimentation environments to support innovation and modernization. Technical Execution and Lifecycle Management: Oversees the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, observability, testing, and performance optimization. Drives DevOps architecture, cloud cost optimization, and reduction of friction/toil across systems. Ensures software rationalization and AI-assisted project optimization to improve delivery efficiency. Solution Design and Architecture: Architects robust, scalable systems and AI-driven applications in alignment with long-term technology goals. Leads system design reviews, architectural decision records, and distributed system architecture planning. Applies model-driven and emergent architecture principles to enable resilient and maintainable platforms. Talent Development: Mentors and coaches engineering leaders, fostering a high-performance engineering environment. Builds deep technical and leadership pipelines through active sponsorship, feedback, and growth opportunities. Promotes engineering vision through publishing, thought leadership, and community engagement. Stakeholder and Portfolio Management: Aligns engineering execution with organizational and business portfolio priorities. Manages capacity, roadmap, and milestone alignment across cross-functional teams. Collaborates with software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions. Technical Ownership: Demonstrates responsibility for deliverables, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business objectives. Takes initiative to resolve issues and drive projects to completion. Technical Judgment: Applies sound reasoning to make informed technical decisions, balancing trade-offs and considering long-term impacts on system architecture and business goals. Change Agility: Adapts quickly to change, embraces new technologies, and understands the broader system @context. Anticipates the downstream effects of technical choices and integrates feedback to improve outcomes. Collaboration: Works effectively across teams, openly shares knowledge, and communicates complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas. The annual salary range for this position is $254,000.00 – $481,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications…

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 10 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
