We’re a small, high-leverage team of generalists working across the full stack, primarily in

TypeScript. We value autonomy, ownership, and engineers who can operate independently.

We’re looking for experienced builders who want to take on meaningful responsibility and help

shape the future of our product.

What we’re looking for

● 5+ years of experience building high-quality, customer-facing products

● Comfortable operating with minimal PM structure — you help define problems, not just

implement solutions

● Ability to balance short-term pragmatism with thoughtful, future-proof system design

● Strong fundamentals in engineering best practices and tech stack (Typescript, React,

Nodejs, PostgreSQL)

● Experience delivering complex, end-to-end features with clear product impact — not just

incremental changes

● Strong product instincts — you care about UX, performance, and polish. You speak up

and challenge decisions when something feels off

● High ownership — you take ideas from concept through launch and iteration

● Experience in a startup or environment with a high engineering bar

● High proficiency with AI tooling to ship high-quality code quickly — without the AI slop

What You’ll Do

● Collaborate closely with product and design to turn new concepts and ideas into

impactful features

● Continuously improve user experience and application performance with attention to

detail

● Refine our software development processes to maintain high team velocity and quality

● Optimize our loan application funnel to increase conversion and efficiency

● Build new features for servicing our financial products and handling money movement

● Develop internal tools to empower growth, operations, and support teams

● Design and maintain data pipelines that handle large volumes of financial data

● Build enterprise B2B features (program analytics, reporting) for the platforms and

partners we integrate with
