You will spearhead talent acquisition for a high-growth infrastructure startup powering giants like OpenAI and Vercel. As the company aims to double its headcount, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build a world-class team in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You Will Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM and EPD roles, from innovative sourcing of passive talent to final closing.

• Lead employer branding and referral initiatives to expand the candidate pipeline and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all departments.

• Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build deep relationships with candidates.
