Role Description

This is an internship, on-site Real Estate Analyst Intern role based in New York City. Responsibilities include conducting market research, performing financial analyses, writing appraisal research documents, supporting due diligence efforts, and assisting in the evaluation of real estate investments. The intern will also aid in property appraisals and collaborate with the team to develop investment strategies and deliver project feasibility assessments.

This is a paid internship after a 20 day training period. Some former interns have become full time employees and we are looking for long term minded candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data interpretation
• Experience with Due Diligence processes and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Finance and Investments, including financial modeling
• Familiarity with Real Estate Appraisal methods and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel or property management platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (or current enrollment in such a program)
• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred
