The Role

We’re hiring a Technical Specialist to bring our products into the AV-heavy environments where they run — and to lead the AI side of how clients use them. You’ll deploy and commission systems on-site, integrate them into existing signal flows, and build and train the AI workflows and models that make our platform smart for each client.

This is a hands-on role for someone fluent across AV engineering, live production, and applied AI — equally comfortable configuring a render pipeline, troubleshooting a wall, or fine-tuning a model.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI workflows for clients: building, training, and tuning models that power real-time graphics, automation, and content generation

• Deploy, commission, and integrate our products into AV systems, venues, and production environments

• Connect our software into client signal flows (SDI / SMPTE 2110 / NDI) and automation

• Troubleshoot and tune systems for live reliability — on air or on the floor

• Train client engineering and production teams on our tools

• Feed real-world findings back to engineering to shape the roadmap

What You Bring

• Strong AV engineering background — signal flow, video/audio routing, and IP-based media (SMPTE 2110, NDI); broadcast and/or venue/immersive experience

• Hands-on live and/or post production experience — you understand what operators actually need

• Applied AI experience: building and training models, designing AI workflows, working with modern ML tooling

• Comfort scripting and configuring (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar) — APIs, JSON, command line

• Sharp troubleshooting under pressure and clear communication with technical and non-technical people

• Self-directed and reliable in a remote-first team

Travel

Regular travel (roughly 30–50%, project-dependent) for installs, commissioning, on-site support, and live events. U.S. travel and a valid driver’s license required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with media servers, virtual production / Unreal Engine, or experiential/LED workflows

• Familiarity with broadcast graphics or playout platforms

• Background in venues, live events, or sports/news operations
