Member of Technical Staff – Software Engineering Full Time NEW

One of our AI clients in San Francisco, CA is looking to fill a backend-leaning software engineer with experience in AI-related projects who can scale and automate our post-training pipeline. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, research-adjacent environment and have a track record of optimizing systems for scale, bringing down costs, and iterating quickly on Python-based stacks. Bonus points if you’ve worked at a growth-stage startup scaling infrastructure or have experience coordinating multi-agent systems.

What you’ll do

• :Build and optimize automation pipelines that streamline our post-training stack for scale and cost efficienc
• yMaintain and support high-concurrency infrastructure that powers customer training pipeline
• sWork closely with researchers and co-founders to turn experimental workflows into robust, production-ready system
