Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, and fixture installation tasks
• Support the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Handle hand tools and power tools safely to aid in cutting, measuring, and assembling materials
• Help with concrete forming, masonry work, and rebar installation
• Carry out heavy lifting and material transport to keep projects progressing efficiently
• Support specialized tasks such as drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, flooring, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing rough-ins

Requirements

• Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites or carpentry work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on the job
• Valid physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
