Master Diagnostic Auto Tech ($100k+ Potential / No Weekends / $3k Sign-On / Family-Owned) Full Time

GearHeads Auto & Diesel Repair. (Jackson, MO) is a family-owned shop with 16 years in the community. We’re known for fixing EVERYTHING—especially drivability and electrical diagnostics—and we’re looking for a TRUE diagnostic master technician who can troubleshoot what others can’t.

HERE’S WHAT WE OFFER OUR TECHS:✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS

• $70k – $100k/yr + Performance Based Bonuses ($35 – $48/hr)

• Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus for techs with diagnostic experience in a professional repair facility who can step in and work independently
• Payout timing: first payment after 30 days, then quarterly after that
• Relocation assistance available if you’re the right fit
