Position Summary
The Research Support and Instruction Librarian supports the HBS Library’s scholarly and research support initiatives and delivers instructional and information services that advance the educational, research, and clinical missions of Rowan-Virtua SOM, Virtua Health College, and affiliated health programs. This position combines technical and administrative responsibilities related to the Institutional Repository (IR) with research support, teaching, and reference.
This role requires commitment to user-centered service, and the ability to work collaboratively across academic, research, and clinical environments.
Qualifications
This is a full-time, non-tenure, unionized position (AAUP) that requires working one weekday evening and is primarily onsite at the Stratford campus. Occasional work from other Virtua Health College locations as required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a high level and deliver superior customer service. Salary Information
In compliance with The State of New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $86,000. When extending any salary offer, Rowan University considers many factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, work experience, education, training, key skills, internal equity, as well as market and other organizational considerations.”
