Concorde Health is a behavioral governance platform that helps employers reduce GLP-1 medication costs by 60 percent or more while improving clinical and engagement outcomes. Led by Harvard-trained physicians, Concorde combines structured behavioral coaching, eligibility requirements, and direct access to brand-name GLP-1 medications, including Wegovy and Zepbound, at significantly reduced manufacturer pricing.
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, commercially minded sales leader to own Concorde’s customer relationship lifecycle while helping build and scale the commercial organization.
This role is not just about closing deals. You will be responsible for building long-term, trust-based relationships with brokers, consultants, and employers.
You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to translate market signals into sales strategy, product direction, and operational priorities. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real ownership over growth, not just a quota.
