Glazier Foreman Full Time

Job Summary:

This role is designated for individuals with previous fabrication and/or installation experience in the glass and glazing industry. The position is perfect for those seeking great opportunity to advance their career path and develop true leadership skills in construction project management. The Glazing Foreman will be directly involved with project performance, client relationships, and crew management.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with and schedule installations with job site superintendents.
• Maintain constant communication with job site super throughout duration of the project.
• Responsible for letting the City Service Manager know what materials need to be ordered for the correct jobs.
• Responsible for making sure correct materials have been delivered to the correct job site
• Responsible for addressing change orders and relaying the information to City Service Manager
• Responsible for field measuring jobs and making sure the City Service Manager has received the measurements promptly.
• Confirming with City Service Manager that materials have been ordered.
• Making sure that materials are installed correctly and up to code by subcontractors.
• Able to drive a company vehicle to different jobsites around the state.
• Responsible for maintaining shop and truck cleanliness during downtime.
• Be able to communicate with customers when needed.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• 2-5 years field experience as a Glazier
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication / computer skills.
• A high level of detail along with the ability to multitask.
• Clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
