What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments across multiple modalities
• Handle complex patient interactions requiring independent reasoning and problem-solving
• Accurately document all patient interactions and updates in designated systems
• Serve as a knowledge resource for patients regarding imaging procedures and preparation instructions
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies at all times

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a Work from Home customer service, scheduling, healthcare, or call center environment
• Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills

• Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
