What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and tools associated with the employer’s business model
• Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations are met
• Collaborate with members, brokers, providers, and vendors through multiple communication channels
• Identify issues and support the leadership team through established escalation pathways
• Comply with operational, regulatory, and compliance standards regarding member Personal Health Information (PHI)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
• At least 6 months of experience in healthcare
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong quantitative or analytical skills for problem-solving
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with full professional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience manipulating and entering accurate data
• Advanced capabilities in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of compliance with applicable laws and regulations
