Fence Installer Foreman/Crew Leader Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fence Installer Foreman to join our growing team and lead our installation teams in delivering high-quality fencing solutions across various construction sites. As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in every project. Your expertise in construction management and team supervision will drive successful project completion while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and client specifications. Duties

• Lead and supervise fence installation crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute fence layouts and specifications
• Manage on-site safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce safety standards to prevent accidents
• Oversee quality control measures, including material inspections and adherence to schematics and client requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, safety reports, and project logs using company software solutions

Experience

• Proven management or supervising experience in the fencing trade
• Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics
• Familiarity with construction management software such as JobNimbus, ProCore, SupplyPro project tracking is a plus
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance
• Strong background in managing project timelines within a construction environment
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control
• Experience and ability to operate skid steer, mini-ex, and other digging equipment.
• Experience and ability to use standard fence building tools.
• Experience and ability to build chain link, vinyl, wood, and ornamental fence
• Exceptional Driving and Safety Record
