Overview
Epstein is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our growing structural engineering team. The Design Engineer performs a variety of engineering tasks, and works with others on the design team (often a multi-disciplined team) to design innovative and technically sound solutions in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes. Knowledge of BIM is mandatory and previous experience with Revit Structure is required. The individual creates BIM models, performs calculations, research, and structural analysis, and assists in the production of plans, specifications, reports, etc. The capability to coordinate with other building design disciplines is important. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of working/construction documents and familiarity with model building codes.

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000 annually.
