Role Description/Key Responsibilities

Metro Lakes Marina & Rentals is seeking a dynamic and organized Head of Marketing & Business Administration to lead our marketing efforts while ensuring smooth business operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both creative and administrative environments and enjoys working in a vibrant, customer-focused marina setting.

• Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns, including email marketing strategies to drive engagement and bookings
• Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms with engaging, on-brand content
• Plan and execute events and promotions to attract customers and enhance community engagement
• Ensure full compliance with licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives and operational improvements
• Maintain organized records and administrative processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Proven ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends
• Experience in Sales and business growth strategies
• Public Relations knowledge and ability to foster positive external relations
• Excellent organizational and operational management skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in water recreation, hospitality, or marina management is a plus
