Digital Content and Copywriting Specialist Full Time

Our growing digital division is looking to add a talented copywriter to our team.

Role Overview: We are seeking an eCommerce Content Specialist (AI-Enabled) to support content creation and campaign messaging across our eCommerce marketing channels. This role will focus on producing high-quality copy for product pages, email campaigns, advertising, and website content while leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and content scale. The ideal candidate has experience in the fashion or apparel industry and has a strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising. This role will also support the development and maintenance of the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and product launches are clearly organized and executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Content & Product & Paid Advertising Messaging

• Write and optimize product descriptions and product page messaging.
• Develop collection page and landing page copy.
• Ensure brand voice consistency across ecommerce touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Teams to highlight product stories and trends.
• Write Meta, Google, and paid social advertising copy.
• Develop messaging variations to support creative testing on organic and paid social mediums.
• Optimize product and collection page copy for search visibility.
• Support keyword-focused content development and partner with SEO lead for blog optimization.

Email & Marketing Campaign Support

• Write email marketing campaigns including promotional and editorial messaging.
• Support messaging for SMS marketing campaigns.
• Develop multiple content variations to support testing and optimization.
• Assist in building and maintaining the annual and monthly marketing calendar.
• Identify storytelling opportunities around fashion trends, occasions, and seasonal dressing to be used across all marketing.

AI‑Driven Content Production

• Use AI tools to increase content production speed while maintaining brand voice
• Generate campaign messaging variations and creative prompts using AI.
• Develop efficient workflows to scale product and campaign messaging.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce content, digital marketing, or fashion marketing.
• Experience writing for product pages, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Background in fashion or apparel eCommerce preferred.
• Experience supporting marketing calendars or campaign planning.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar content tools.
• Desire to learn and scale AI usage while maintaining brand voice.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality content quickly.
• Ability to digest and review analytical marketing data to make data driven content decisions.
• Knowledge of women’s apparel space.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 based on applicant’s experience.
