2. About the Opportunity:
The People Business Partner plays a key role in aligning People and Culture strategies with business goals to enhance employee experience across the organization. This position contributes to the growth and development of the company by advising leadership and employees, supporting organizational change, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. The role leverages data insights to guide people processes and ensures compliance with employment regulations, impacting overall organizational performance and employee engagement.
3. Responsibilities:
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership and employees on policies, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Collaborate on organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and maintain employee engagement
• Use data-driven insights to assess metrics and support decision-making
• Manage people processes to meet current and future performance and capability standards
• Maintain compliance with local and global employment laws and regulations
• Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing differences across the organization
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in global tech or fast-paced industries with international exposure
• Strong knowledge of People and Culture best practices, talent management, and employment law
• Ability to learn quickly, take accountability, and follow through on commitments
• Creative problem-solving skills encouraging innovation and diverse thinking
• Effective communication skills tailored to different audiences, with timely updates and constructive feedback
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and ability to build relationships across all levels
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and bridge-building capabilities
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
