What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide exceptional customer-centric service through various communication channels including calls, texts, tickets, and chats
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to products and services, ensuring a positive experience
- Analyze and investigate complex insurance claims to communicate effectively with policyholders
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to support business initiatives and streamline workflows
- Assist with payment collection and identify customer needs to enhance satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, including handling sensitive issues
- At least 2 years of experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance preferred
- General knowledge of pet health; certified vet tech experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Technically savvy with a capacity to troubleshoot technical issues
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in pet insurance
- 1 or more years of vet tech or pet health experience
- Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously while working remotely
- Flexibility to work varying hours and weekends
- A positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments
