What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Address customer questions and concerns regarding all products and services via phone, email, and chat
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and effectively
• Identify customer needs, research solutions, and provide alternatives
• Participate in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain quality service
• Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor in all customer interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
• 1 year of previous call center or office background experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Background check and drug screening required in accordance with state and federal laws

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience working remotely from home
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to navigate multiple browsers and systems
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently
