About the Opportunity:
This organization is a leading minority-owned customer experience provider delivering digital-first, people-centered support for well-known brands. The Healthcare Customer Service Representative role supports healthcare clients by resolving customer issues and enhancing their experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through questions or challenges with products or services
• Listen actively to identify the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions
• Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up
• Maintain and update accurate customer records
• Identify opportunities to introduce new or enhanced services to customers
• Provide recommendations that add value and improve customer experience
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Home work environment must be a private residence matching the address on file
• Comfortable using company-issued equipment such as a webcam if applicable
• Internet connection must be DSL or Cable (no Satellite, Dial-up, or Wireless 5G)
• Internet speed must be minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload, directly connected
• Internal candidates must not be on corrective action or performance plans
• Internal candidates must have held current position for 6+ months
• Internal candidates must have relevant industry or program experience
• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or West Virginia
