Trainer Full Time NEW

• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
• Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling sales training sessions for new hires and tenured employees, covering products, sales methodologies, and software systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely production of e-learning modules and training materials; track usage and report outcomes.
• Update and manage a centralized repository for product specs, sales best practices, and training content.
• Support setup and basic administration of Gong for coaching; assist in generating usage reports and trend analysis.
• Aid in executing sales onboarding components to ensure smooth new hire integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training required.
• 0-2 years related experience required.
• 2 years in L&D, sales enablement, or training coordination roles.

 
Desired Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership technique.
• Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
• Basic knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ad tech, digital media, or CTV/OTT platforms (preferred).
• Basic experience with LMS, knowledge bases, or Gong (a plus).
• Ability to manage logistics, prioritize tasks, and support content updates.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating vendor projects.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.00 – $37.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
