Location: West Chester, OH (In-Person)
Starting Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
As a Technician Trainee, you will leverage your foundational mechanical knowledge while mastering a highly specialized, in-demand trade:
- Advanced Paid Training: Participate in our company-sponsored technical program to master advanced electrical, mechanical, and sealed-system diagnostics for premium appliance brands.
- Diagnostic & Repair Excellence: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential appliances (refrigerators, washers/dryers, ovens, dishwashers).
- Customer Support & Consulting: Clearly communicate technical diagnoses to customers and deliver top-tier professionalism during service calls.
- Inventory Coordination: Manage parts ordering and maintain an organized, stocked company service vehicle to ensure high first-time-fix rates.
What We Are Looking For:
- Multifamily/Trades Experience: A strong background as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, Lead, or Senior Tech with a proven track record of diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
- Strong Troubleshooting Mindset: You already know how to read a schematic or use a multimeter; we will teach you how to apply it to complex appliance systems.
- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record are required to operate company service vehicles.
- Professional Demeanor: Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
