Senior Salesforce Administrator – Austin, TX (Hybrid)
We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize an established Salesforce org with a growing backlog. This role is ideal for someone who can ramp quickly, improve what’s already in place, and proactively drive best practices.
Quick must‑haves:
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Open to hybrid onsite in Austin, TX (remote to start)
- Strong senior‑level Salesforce Admin experience (optimization > greenfield architecture)
What we’re looking for:
- A proactive, self‑motivated Senior Admin who can assess the org, prioritize improvements, and take ownership
- Experience working in mature Salesforce environments with active backlogs
- Focus on optimization, scalability, and platform health
Big plusses:
- Gearset experience
- Salesforce Field Service experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions (custom objects, Flow, Apex triggers, integrations)
- Architect and maintain security models (roles, sharing, permissions, governance controls)
- Establish data governance, quality standards, migrations, and compliance processes
- Build executive‑level dashboards and advanced reporting using Salesforce and CRM Analytics
- Support integrations with ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, and other enterprise systems
- Mentor admins and developers; promote best practices and technical standards
- Lead release management, sandbox strategy, testing, and deployments using DevOps / CI‑CD
- Create training, documentation, and enablement resources to drive adoption
- Partner with vendors and consulting partners; evaluate AppExchange solutions
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and platform improvements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce Administration / Architecture experience in enterprise environments
- Salesforce Administrator & Administrator II certifications required
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security, and data management
- Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs

- DevOps tools (Gearset, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines)

Work Location

- Starts remote with expectation to transition to hybrid onsite
