Business Development & Operations Coordinator (Mortgage) Full Time NEW

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development & Operations Coordinator located in Queens, NY.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role focused on outbound outreach, pipeline management, and operational support.

Responsibilities include:

* Making 150+ outbound calls daily (cold and warm leads)

* Supporting business development through consistent agent and client outreach

* Managing and updating CRM and Excel tracking systems daily

* Organizing and inputting contact data from leads and business cards

* Maintaining detailed notes, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking

* Assisting with marketing materials (flyers, Canva) for open houses and campaigns

* Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and execution

Qualifications

* Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume outbound calling

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail

* Ability to handle repetitive, high-output work consistently

* Experience with CRM systems, Excel, and basic design tools (Canva preferred)

* Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

* Prior sales, call center, or real estate/mortgage experience is a plus

* Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required
