Truck Driver Earning Potential & Pay Features:

• Established drivers earn $110,000-$115,000

• Paid Driver Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters-$200/day
• Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
  • $30 for pickups and deliveries
  • $30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery)
  • $70 for initial tarping $35 for each re-tarping
  • $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1hr)
  • Breakdown & layover pay
• Oversize Pay is $3,600/year! (based on avg. loads per flatbed driver). There are three tiers:
  • Tier 1: less than 10′ wide = $0.10/mile and $50 flat, per load
  • Tier 2: 10′-12′ wide = $0.15/mile and $75 flat, per load
  • Tier 3: 12′ wide = $0.20/mile and $100 flat, per load
• Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus! based on Nussbaum’s profitability.

Truck Driver Requirements

• Truck Driver must have a valid CDL A
• CDL Truck Driver must be a minimum age of 21
• CDL Truck Driver must have at least 6 months of recent Flatbed experience
• Truck Driver must have no more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• CDL Driver must meet all other Nussbaum requirements
