Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Chief Marketing Officer. The role involves overseeing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating comprehensive marketing plans, and managing public relations initiatives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to align marketing and sales goals and driving brand awareness and growth in the competitive yachting and real estate market.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies
• Expertise in Market Research to analyze trends and target audience insights
• Strong skills in Public Relations for managing media communication and brand image
• Experience in Marketing Management and directing multi-channel campaigns
• Knowledge and capabilities in Sales to align efforts between marketing and revenue goals
• Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills
• Proven analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Experience in the luxury real estate or yachting industries is a significant advantage
