Role Description

The Vice President of Finance is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. This includes leading financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role will also involve developing strategies to ensure financial stability and advising on potential areas for growth and cost optimization. Strong analytical and leadership capabilities are essential to this role to drive the company’s financial success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and creating long-term and short-term financial strategies
• Strong expertise in reviewing and analyzing Financial Statements for accuracy and compliance
• Robust understanding of Financial Reporting and adherence to regulatory standards
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights
• Proven knowledge and experience in overall Finance and budgeting management
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CPA or CFA certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
