Sage Home Care is a boutique, local, family-owned senior care organization. We treat our clients like family and our team like professionals. We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Caregiver or CNA for an immediate opening starting this upcoming weekend.

Starting at $18/hr, with a highly supportive work environment and 24/7 management support.
Specific Case Requirements & Duties:
- Advanced Mobility Assistance: Must be highly experienced and confident using a gait belt and lift for safe client transfers.
- Fall Prevention: Client is a high fall risk; requires constant, vigilant supervision and proactive safety measures.
- Personal Care: Assisting with toileting and providing professional, respectful bed baths.
- Daily Support: Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Requirements:
- Experience matters: Must have proven, hands-on experience with gait belts, lifts, bed baths, and fall-risk clients.
- CNA certification is highly preferred, but not required if you have equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and a drug screen.
