About the Role
Carathills is seeking an experienced and visionary President of North America to lead and expand the company’s operations, market presence, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth throughout the United States and Canada.
This executive will oversee all North American business activities, including luxury retail operations, private client services, strategic expansion, regional partnerships, marketing alignment, and high-level corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in luxury goods, high-net-worth client management, global business development, and executive leadership.
The President of North America will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and global leadership team to accelerate market expansion while positioning Carathills as a premier luxury and blockchain-enabled jewelry brand in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership & Strategy
Lead all North American operations and business activities
Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with global objectives
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives
Identify new business opportunities across luxury retail, private client services, and digital luxury sectors
Establish long-term regional operational plans and performance goals
Luxury Retail & Business Development
Oversee luxury retail expansion across major North American markets
Build strategic partnerships with luxury retailers, investors, collectors, and private clients
Lead negotiations for high-value partnerships and commercial agreements
Expand relationships within luxury, fashion, technology, and financial sectors
Monitor regional market trends and competitive positioning
High-Net-Worth Client Management
Strengthen relationships with UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) individuals and family offices
Oversee VIP client acquisition and retention strategies
Support private jewelry consultations and bespoke luxury experiences
Ensure exceptional client service standards across all touchpoints
Web3 & Blockchain Integration
Support the regional adoption of blockchain-enabled luxury authentication systems
Collaborate with technology teams on Web3 luxury initiatives and digital asset programs
Promote innovative luxury experiences involving NFT certification and digital ownership platforms
Identify strategic opportunities within luxury technology ecosystems
Team Leadership & Operations
Build and lead high-performing regional leadership teams
Oversee sales, marketing, operations, retail, and client services teams
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence
Ensure alignment between regional departments and global headquarters
Financial & Operational Oversight
Manage regional P&L performance and budgeting
Analyze business performance metrics and operational KPIs
Ensure operational efficiency and sustainable growth
Support investor relations and executive reporting initiatives
Brand Representation
Represent Carathills at luxury industry events, investor conferences, private client functions, and strategic meetings
Strengthen the company’s brand visibility throughout North America
Maintain strong relationships with media, luxury organizations, and industry leaders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Luxury Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years of senior executive leadership experience
Proven experience in luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, premium retail, or high-end consumer sectors
Strong understanding of North American luxury markets
Experience managing multi-regional operations and large executive teams
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and strategic expansion
Experience working with high-net-worth clientele and luxury relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within blockchain, Web3, NFT, or digital asset industries
Existing network within luxury, fashion, private wealth, or investment sectors
International business leadership experience
Experience leading premium global brands
Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital transformation trends
