What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide end-to-end support for customers, ensuring a positive experience in alignment with the company’s service delivery strategy
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and general account inquiries through various communication platforms
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with customers to understand and address their needs
- Communicate effectively and transparently, setting clear expectations for the customer experience
- Educate customers on self-service options and resolve complaints through active listening and problem-solving
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be flexible to work any assigned shift, including nights and weekends
- Minimum educational requirement: Some High School Coursework
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to communicate complex account information clearly and effectively
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
