What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure a seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents and checking driver’s licenses
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges as necessary
• Offer additional products and services while addressing customer inquiries
• Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and providing accurate receipts
• Inspect returned vehicles for damages and maintain a clean workstation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and authorization to work in the United States
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and willingness to travel (5-10%)
