Job Overview
Small food distribution looking for a self starter. Spanish/English a must. Very operative company.
Duties
- Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
